High-concentration acid construction or long-term acidification construction may cause serious corrosion to equipment and pipelines. The corrosion of metal iron by acid solution belongs to electrochemical corrosion. Since the standard electrode potential of iron is much negative than that of hydrogen, H+ will automatically acquire electrons on the surface of metallic iron and reduce to H2 to escape. This constitutes the galvanic cell, allowing the iron to be continuously oxidized into iron ions into solution. The steel is easy to become brittle after being corroded by a high concentration of acid solution, and at the same time, the metal iron corroded by the acid becomes an ion, which will also cause damage to the formation under certain conditions.

The acidizing corrosion inhibitorincludes two types of concentrated liquid products, pyridine quaternary ammonium salt and aldosterone amine condensate, which can be diluted 1:3 to the finished product. It has good compatibility with hydrochloric acid, soil acid treatment liquid and additives, and is widely used in low-concentration acid, high-concentration acid, high-temperature acidizing formation and pickling pipeline operations.
