Scope of Application
Crude oil demulsifier is mainly suitable for the demulsification and dehydration of water- containing crude oil emulsion and the dehydration and desalination of crude oil in refineries. It can also be used for pipeline wax prevention and viscosity reduction of water-contained in crude oil.

ApplicationMethod
Crude oil demulsifier can be dissolved in both oil and lower alcohol and organic solvents such as toluene and xylene. When the product is used for demulsification and dehydration of crude oil and viscosity reduction of pipelines, the dosing concentration is generally 30mg/L to 100mg/L, and the specific dosing concentration should be determined according to the results of laboratory and field tests. When used on site, according to the dosing conditions on site, the product can be diluted with appropriate solvent to prepare solutions of different concentrations, or directly added to the crude oil emulsion without dilution for demulsification and dehydration and pipeline viscosity reduction.
Application Results
Crude oil demulsifier has a wide range of adaptability, especially for the dehydration effect of low and medium viscosity water-containing crude oil with a viscosity of 30mPa·s～7000mPa·s.
