Multi-phase Transfer PCP

Highland series multiphase transfer PCP is a positive displacement pump, which mainly consists of power control panel, motor, bearing box, universal transmission mechanism, stator and rotor as the main working components.

The stator and rotor components are the main working parts of multiphase mixed flow pumps. The plateau series multiphase hybrid pump adopts multi head involute technology, which is the technical key and core of this product. The rotors and stators produced by our company are patented 3/4 head structures, characterized by large displacement, high head, and low speed. The rotor adopts a 3-head hollow structure, which can effectively reduce the weight of the rotor and alleviate the rotational inertia force. The stator is a rubber cylinder with 4 spiral lines, covered with a steel shell. This forms a series of mutually spaced sealed chambers between the rotor and stator. When the rotor rotates inside the stator, the sealed chambers move axially from the suction end to the discharge end.
