Torque Anchor

Purpose:

The torque anchor is an anti-detachment tool specially designed for PC pumps with advanced technology. The torque anchor has the characteristics of simple operation, firm anchoring, convenient use, safety and reliability.

It is mainly composed of anchor body, clamp block, clamp sleeve, stabilizer, etc. When going down the well, anchor the torque to the lower end of the screw pump. When the screw pump is working, the positive torque generated causes the clamp to rotate. Under the frictional force between the clamp and the casing, the clamp flips and anchors the stator of the screw pump and the inner wall of the casing; When the screw pump stops working, the forward torque disappears, and under the action of the reverse torque, the anchoring is automatically released.

TIPS:
1. Select the appropriate anchor according to the size of the casing and connect it to the lower end of the pump stator.
2. The direction of the oil pipe anchor going down the well is: the internal thread is on top, the external thread is on bottom. When installing the casing, rotate it in the opposite direction by 1/3 of a turn, enter the casing pipe mouth, smoothly place it down, and tighten it according to the recommended torque for the oil pipe thread.
3. After lowering the pump stator to the predetermined depth, apply a torque of 400N · m clockwise to the tubing string, and then fix the tubing string to the wellhead. At this point, the torque anchor has been anchored to the casing.
4. It is recommended to use tubing stabilizers on the outlet end of the screw pump and at the lower end of the anchor body to reduce vibration
