Electric Submersible Progressive Cavity Pump

The electric submersible progressive cavity pump (ESPCP) is a new breakthrough in artificial lift system recent years, which combines the flexibility of the progressing cavity pump with the reliability of the electric submersible motor to handle your most difficult artificial lift. It has wide fluid range, more suitable for deviated well, horizontal well, especially with viscous crude oil, high sand cut and gas oil. The wear of tubing and sucker rod could be eliminated and energy cost is reduced efficiently.

 

The Electric Submersible Progressive Cavity Pump system(ESPCP)  mainly consists of a submersible permanent magnet direct drive motor, protector, coupling, PC pump, and surface control panel. The submersible permanent magnet direct drive motor has the characteristics of low output speed, high torque, high efficiency, and low energy consumption; A coupling with high wear resistance and corrosion resistance can buffer, reduce vibration, and improve the dynamic performance of the shaft, bear axial forces, and ensure the torque transmission and operational accuracy of the main and driven shafts.
