1 Product Introduction
This model liner top packer is mainly used in sand control completion operations. It is a retrievable packer designed to suspend the string and provide sealing. It is set with a matching hydraulic setting tool and can be readily retrieved by a dedicated retrieval tool.
2 Product Advantages
The packer features a short overall length, enabling easy passage through wellbores with small radius of curvature and high dogleg severity.
The anti-premature-setting device integrated with the dedicated setting tool effectively prevents accidental premature setting of the packer.
Major components are made of 40CrMnMo steel with excellent mechanical properties.
Slips are carburized and suitable for casing of all steel grades.
Components above the slips are manufactured from ductile iron, facilitating milling operations in emergency scenarios.
Sealing elements are made of imported hydrogenated nitrile butadiene rubber (HNBR), featuring high temperature resistance, anti-aging, tear resistance, and good resilience after release.
The packer can be retrieved conveniently with the supporting dedicated retrieval tool.
